I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. If you have no money then do not even bother going. They say they accept cards but do not. With a high grade fever i was turned away for not having fifteen dollars. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was hoping for someone with more experience. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I will never return here again.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
