They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
