I just moved to this area and was given Dr Izzi as my primary care DR. I went to his office for my 1st check up and was shock that he dose thing a lot different then my old Dr. No appointments 1st come 1st serverd. went from one waiting room to another waiting room and then I heard my name called from one of the rooms in the hall way And it was Dr Izzi in the room . After an hour went by he and I spoke about all my needs and he told me things I need to do in order to help myself . As we talked I started to feel better about my new DR. and now I have been with him for a year I think hes great I have a better understanding about my healt and I can talk with him over things I didnt bring up to my Last Dr. Dr Izzi thank you for beening you. Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
Did you feel safe in this provider's care?
Mostly, I was still a little nervous
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
