One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
