Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

The office was easy enough to find. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They didn't pressure to conduct unwarrented lab tests that I didn't need., which I really appreciated. I've been to other doctors where I noticed tests and services that I did not get. With Dr. kukreti, you can laugh and at times be serious with him, he's very easy going, And very thorough with your health needs. .

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
