They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Gray. He is a man of integrity, put his patients first. He has been my primary care physician for a number of years and recently the rest of my family have come to realize why I would follow him where ever he practices and they are now seeing him as well. He always takes his time with you as if you were his only patient he has to see for the entire day. He is not only concerned with your physical well being but wants to know how you are doing in life. Great sense of humor, quick witted make going to see the "doctor" an enjoyable experience.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
