I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
