It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. I left Dr. Chen's office with seriously damaged vision. That day,I lost my normal vision, my ability to function without glasses. I wake every day unable to see the way I have been able to all my life. Dr. Chen denies any knowledge of how this happened. Other Dr.'s are unable to restore my vision. This is a nightmare.
