They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.

Dr. Lee and his staff all make a strong effort to make visits to their office as stress-free and welcoming as possible. They always treated me with a great deal of care and concern. When Dr. Lee had to call me into his office to tell me they had accidently discovered that I have a blood cancer, he was having trouble staying unemotional. It was very clear to me that he cared a great deal. He seemed devastated by the news and offered me whatever support he could give. This happened just before I left Hawaii for Oregon and he was not involved in my follow-up care because of that, but I knew, if I had stayed there, that he would have been there for me through the whole process. I would recommend Dr. Lee to anyone for their primary medical care.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
