I would never refer any of my family or friends to Dr. Hasenauer. He is arrogant and snide and does not listen as a good doctor should. Out of five family members seeing him, not one wanted to stay and all have moved on to other doctors who turned out to be far more skilled at providing effective healthcare.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were qualified and knowledgeable. . They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always considerate and professional. I was happy they were able to answer my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information.

This man's ego is beyond belief. He's far more concerned with maintaining his tan and which gold chain to wear with his latest hawaiian print shirt to be of any help to someone who might need medical attention. Worst case of little man syndrome I've ever encountered. He has misdiagnosed or failed to diagnose serious health issues on numerous occasions, he is dismissive, arrogant and has an ego that one needs special shoes to scale. An absolute joke.

I have never felt comfortable with rhis doctor. My parents and sisters and I all went to him and we all agree that we are very happy to be seeing a different doctor now. The last straw for me was when my Mom was very sick and went to see him and he treated her like a complaining nuisance instead of helping her. She was so worried about her health and Dr. Hasenauers disinterested attitude that she found a new Dr. right away and he listened and evaluated well enough to realize how sick my Mom was. She ended up in the hospital for many days. I feel upset about that and I wish he would have treated her better as well as given her better advice.

Arrogant beyond imagination. Rude, abrupt, cavalier. Misdiagnosed and failed to diagnose on more than one occasion. Self important and dismissive personality..not a good or confidence building combination. I highly suggest you seek out a different Dr.

This Dr. Has proven himself, on numerous occasions, to be arrogant and dismissive of my health concerns. He does not listen well and seems to be impatient most of the time. Difficult to communicate with.
