I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Dr. Chen is very personable, very knowledgeable, and sensitive to the patient's needs and concerns. She spent an appropriate amount of time with me, and explained everything clearly. I felt that she had my best interests in mind. Definitely recommended.
