Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

I have been a patient of Muller's office for 3 years, and today I finally left. They are pretty incompetent. The cancel alot of appts because they have a frequent turn-over in the office with the staff Dr's. Most get fired, however they will never say why. My last 3 appt's have been cancelled due to Dr's being fired. The rescheduled me for today, and when I showed up, they had not put me on the books for today, by accident. When I explained that I had taken time off work, they said they could not fit me in and I would have to reschedule for a couple weeks later. This would be 5 weeks without being able to see a Dr, for a serious staph infection. I was told that I can go to a hospital or urgent care if I did not want to wait. Muller barely see's people, and his bedside manor resembles that of an aligator. The staff is rude, and when you speak to the office mgr she just says that they know they have an internal problem, but there is nothing they can do about it. If you have any doubts, go see the local pharmicists, they will tell you how bad the office is and how unresponsive the staff is when they need to call in for a refill, or medicinal questions for the prescribing Dr. I have actually heard the my pharmicist warn a potential new patient to stay away from that office. I can't agree more, I have had better and faster service from the DMV. These guys are idiots. BEWARE, MULLER IS ABOUT MONEY, NOT PATIENT CARE. SECOND RATE SERVICE FROM 3RD RATE EMPLOYEE'S. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A DIFFERENT OPTION.
