It is very difficult to ever see Dr. Jackson due to scheduling. I've only seen her once when she went over the results of an xray with me (broken collar-bone). The rest of the time, I have had to see the Nurse Practitioner.

Seeing a Nurse Practitioner would not bother me so much, except the Nurse Practitioner is rude and she constantly belittles my illnesses. For example, she suggested Tylenol instead of a real treatment for what turned out to be a large cyst in my nasal sinuses (and daily migraines for 10 months now, for which I am seeing a neurologist).

Another time, I came in with pink eye (conjuntivitis) and the Nurse Practitioner said, verbatim, "Aww, you got a boo-boo in your eye?" in a baby voice when she walked in. I am an adult who came to see a professional about a painful medical issue. That is not the professional manner I expect to be greeted in when I pay such a great dollar amount for her "expertise."

I could go on about wait time, the receptionists, the late policy, switching locations without informing me when I made the appointment, etc., but in short: After 3 years of terrible service, I have since switched doctors.

Recovering from illness, juggling appointments, and dealing with health insurance is difficult enough. A doctor's office should help, not hinder your experience.

Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. The chairs they had in the waiting room were not the greatest. I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

DONT BOTHER with this doctor.

Been with her for over 15 years. I haven't been able to get an appointment with her since 2008. im always sent to deborah (who is wonderful and the only reason ive put up with this for so long) i was sick and opted to go to the office and set up an appointment the other day and lone behold she has completely dissapeared. tried to call the number, no one picks up. as it turns out she moved offices and didn't have the common decency to send out mail notifications. why bother having her as a primary care physician when you're stuck going to urgent care every time you have an emergency because she is utterly UNAVAILABLE.

Trying to get in contact with this office is absolutely horrible. I can never get through. The line is either busy or the line keeps ringing with no voicemail. It is a nightmare trying to make an appt. I can never get an appt with Dr. Jackson and half the time she isn't even in the office. Staff doesn't smile when you walk in. I had an appt with the PA and she was only with me for 5 min and walked out. Time to make a change and find a doctor who actually care about their patients.
