I tried to be seen by Dr. Carnegie and now after my attempt to be seen I have chosen to search for a different provider. My rating right now is ONLY BASED OFF THE OFFICE STAFF. I called multiple times at different times of days on multiple days trying to make an appointment and no one would answer the phone. I finally was able to REACH THE RECEPTIONIST and scheduled the earliest available appointment which was 3-4 weeks away. Looking forward to this appointment I did everything in my power to arrive to this appointment at my scheduled time with work arrangements. I called while driving to the office for directions and to state I was running a few minutes late and again NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I continued to call over and over again and when i find the office, thinking either the office is closed for lunch and there has been an error, or it is really busy in the office. The phone is still ringing in my ear when i enter the office to see the RECEPTIONIST with NO patients she is working with, ignoring the phone that was ringing. I hang up and tell the receptionist that I had arrived and she tells me with a RUDE attitude (I'm a nice person by the way...i did not start the conversation with a rude attitude to her) that my appointment was the previous day and even if it was the same day that I was late and wont be seen and that the next available appointment was not available for at least 1 month. (that would be 2 months of waiting when it appears that they scheduled my appointment INCORRECTLY). I work in a medical office and I most definitely have to say that this person is RUINING Dr. Carnegie's practice. I write this in hopes that Dr. Carnegie reads it and is aware that her staff's behavior.
