I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment because the doctor seemed distracted and in a rush. She asked me several times if she forgot anything, to which I replied I don't think so, and then within a few weeks I found out that she did. Tests for which she gave me paperwork to call and schedule, had not be ordered by her, and even my medications that she supposedly put in refills for, had no refills on order at the pharmacy. I don't know if she forgot all of these things because she was drinking a Red Bull (or some other Energy Drink - I don't drink them so I don't know the different brands) or if she was just distracted due to a very busy day; but either way, I was never able to fully relax with her. My next appointment is with my regular PCP - Dr. Pappageorge. I can't wait to see her. As for the staff, the staff at the check-in counter was so loud that it was distracting and annoying to me as I sat in the first patient room (right near the check-in desk) waiting for the doctor to arrive. It's a good thing that I wasn't sick; just there for a check-up. The office was clean.
