I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. Promotions are not mentioned. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. This is our family doctor, and she treats me, my husband and children. I appreciate the holistic healthcare provided.

They acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I have to wait on hold when I call them and I find myself not even wanting to call. You can only talk to the nurse parctioner, which is frustrating, because I hired the Doctor.
