They ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I am impressed. The waiting room here is comfortable. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They make sure to treat all their clients equally. True professionals and good care for the years that my wife and I have been useing their services. Always a smile nsnd they do not talk down to you. Dr. kaplan will chastise you if you do not follow his instructions as you should. He is a good man.

I went in to see Ms Bivens who normally I never see, I always attempt to see Dr. Kaplan. I had a raging sinus infection and my eye was swollen, red, and oozing gunk. A week later, after taking 2000mg of antibiodics daily my eye was still a mess. I called asking for antiobiodic eye drops after the pharmacist told me it was an infection and that eye drops were required. Ms Bivens decided, over the phone through her nurse, without even seeing me that it was an allergy and an over the counter eye drop would do the trick. After arguing and giving up I saw an opthamologist who diagnosed bacterial conjunctivitis.

Called for an appt this morning.....Lady answers phone and says "Dr Kaplan's office. I start to ask if they have an appt for today and I am told' We don't open til 8. If you don't open til 8, why answer the phone?!!

When I had a positive pregnancy test. The N.P. Ms Bivens walked in and acted as though I wasn't even there. She didn't say "Good Morning" or "Congratulations", nothing.
THEN We had a death in the family and needed a prescription for my son before we went out of town. The staff was uncaring and I waited 3 1/2 hours before receiving my prescription. Which I've watched typed in 30 seconds or so. Nobody even told the doctor it was urgent.
After waiting an hour and a half, Theresa, an office girl actually scoffed at me when I asked if someone could tell the doctor I needed the prescription soon.
