One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
