They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
