They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. When it came to billing they didn't bother to call they just sent me to collections. The collection notice was the first notification that I received of a balance owed. This was for a visit I had over a year ago. I am listed in the phone book. If I had known I would have paid. I know they had the correct address because they called to verify it. There was no mention at that time that there was a balance owed. My word of mouth advertising will not be in his favor.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
