They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Dr David Randell is one of the best doctors I've ever been to or worked with, he is very professional. He cares about his patients and will do anything he can to help get one of them well. I've been a patient of his for over 20 yrs. Wish all doctors were this good.
