I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. Dr. Angerstein is efficient, intelligent, assesses and diagnoses quickly and adequately. She seems to understand a myriad of medical issues and disorders, so I haven't had to go to 5 different providers for different issues. I highly recommend her.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
