Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. BUT I think Dr Boyd is Rude. He made me feel bad because i could not afford the high copayment for the meds he wanted me to take. I asked him to change it. He just do not take time to listen.... Its all about him .

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
