Dr. Odonnell and his staff are some of the best in the hill country. They are very attentive to my needs and concerns. They have very accomodating office hours and are always willing to help even if it is after hours. I appreciate thier good humor and warm family atmosphere.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. He seems really interested in my concerns

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Dr. O'Donnell maintains the attitude that a doctor should always be available to his patients. If you need to reach him after hours- he is available. You may have to wait awhile before you see him, however, he will see you as long is necessary to address your medical issue. I don't mind the wait, as I know he will be just as diligent with me as the person whose appointment is going over into mine! He is a very nice and patient man.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
