They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

The office is peaceful and clean. The doctor and staff are attentive and thorough. The phones are answered promptly and appointment times are available in a reasonable time frame.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
