I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I needed to find a doctor in this area that I am new to, and I have found him after several false starts--highly recommended!! He took the extra time to discuss my medical issue with me, and I didn't feel I was part of an assembly line. Thanks Dr. Kuo. You have my upmost respect.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
