They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
