I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

They had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was given a brief greeting when I walked to the secretary window but its a big waiting room. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Dr Furniss is set in his ways but very competent. He did a good job at a very reasonable cost. I saved a lot of money because their office is one of the few private physicians in Nacogdoches that still has their own x-ray machine.
