They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Dr. Joyner always shoots us straight as he sees our entire family, 4,6 and 2 adults. You can tell he cares.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
