They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
