I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. Their billing department continously overcharged myself and other co-workers even after our insurance manager told them the amount that we should be getting charged for office visits. Each time she would call the billing manager would be told that the employee would have a credit for the next visit but somehow each time I went I was told that I had no credit and that I owed a few hundred dollars! I changed doctors due to this and the fact that they could never find out what was wrong with me, their diagnosis was always depression, when all along it was diabetes!

No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much.
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.
