Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Never, they are very reliable.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
