Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

Dr. Palmeri is very inconsiderate to her patience. On my last visit to her office I had to wait almost an hour past the scheduled time for my appointment, while patience arriving after I did were seen before me. This was extremely aggrevating.

When Dr. Palmeri did finally see me I expressed my disappointment about my extended wait, and how several patience were brought in before me. Her response was that she is an extremely busy woman and didn't want to be bothered by my complaint but she needed to keep with her busy schedule.

I explained, as calmly as I could, that I too had a busy schedule and I asked why this was not important to her. She quickly informed me "because I'm the doctor". Apparently she has no concern for anyone, but her "doctor" self. I'm not sure because I was so insulted by her remark I told her the appointment was over and I walked out of her exam room and stopped by the front desk to cancel the appointment I had for my daughter in a few weeks.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Palmeri to anyone, unless you have a lot of time on your hands and don't mind waiting, and waiting, and waiting, only to be insulted!
