Dr. Murphy and staff treat me as an individual, not just as a "patient number" and are very attentive sympathetic to my situation. Dr. Murphy is very friendly and has a great bedside manner. I felt welcome and will definitely be with this office for the long haul and recommend him to others. Dr. Murphy explains all the risks and benefits of my treatment options in plain English. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Dr. Murphy's staff works efficiently to make the office a pleasant place to receive medical treatment.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
