Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
