They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointments were pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The worst customer service experiences that I've ever encountered during phone calls and visits.

I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

I find it interesting that they see the need to discuss my medical information with our Pharmacist. When I picked up a routine refill, the Pharmacist of all people told me the Doctor said I needed to come by to schedule lab work? I have a phone! That is simply unsat. Makes me wonder who else my medical information is discussed with.

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
