They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.

This GP provided the most through physical examination I have ever had and it lasted only 10 minutes. The other 50 minutes of my appointment was used to ensure Dr. Reinert understood my complete medical history.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
