They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
