I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
