Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

They referred me to the clinic at Wal-Mart because the Richmond Clinic (where my actual doctor is) is not open the times needed. I'd rather speak with a doctor who is listed on my insurance then with a p.a.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I have to add to this that I was treated by the PA Kim and for one that does not like to go the the docs until i really need to she did a great job - thankyou and my feet thank you
