Dr. Laskowski is a provider of the Center for Medical Weight Loss diet. It is a calorie restricted diet of approx. 1200 Cal./day of shakes, bars, and soups. I was on this diet for 4 months. It works well for the first month but eventually you get really hungry and the weight loss slows significantly. I was not able to exercise at all on such a low calorie diet. Since using this diet I have tried the HCG diet. It has worked much better for me. I called Dr. Laskowski's office and asked if they would consider supervising me while on this diet and they refused. To find a local Dr. who prescribes HCG call Mark's pharmacy. (Located in Lincolnshire and Roselle.) You will be happy you did. Calorie restriction diets don't work in the long run.
