I had the misfortune of having to call this doctor after-hours. What a mistake! I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and I was made to feel dumb, incompetent and bothersome . I knew that my situation needed attention, and was unsure how to proceed. My husband called an urgent care facility and they (utter strangers) were able to answer our questions completely and POLITELY!

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them.
