I am VERY disappointed with the service of her and her staff. They were rude and extremely impersonable. She does not take time to examine her patents. I felt rushed and very uncomfortable. She even tried telling me that she thought there was no way that I could be depressed, clearly showing little symapthy or knowledge of mental illness. If given the choice, I would never return to this doctor.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. Dr. Sarvepalli has the warmth and kindness you would want from a doctor. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and address them. There is no other doctor I would want to see but her.

I have no problem with the office or staff, but Dr. Sarvepalli was very unprofessional with me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt that she had very little experience managing mental illness, and I will not return.
