Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.
