Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They need to sterilize the toys though, disgusting! I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. My son was constantly getting ear infections every 3mos and constantly on antibiotics! Finally we saw another doctor within the same practice due to schedule of conflict and he suggested tubes. He's been fine ever since! There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me
