They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
