They had a few interesting magazines, plus a television showing family type shows,which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were some of the most caring staff I've ever dealt with. Easy to relate to and were more than happy to answer any questions I had, regarding my health and the health of my children.

The atmostphere and main nurse are very cold. If my appt is at 3:30 I may be seen by 4:30 they have no appreciation for my time. They never make attempts to follow up with me after my appointment. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I t seems like when the doctor sees you she is always behind and rushes through the appt without really listening to what you are trying to say.
