They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I would go back to see them any time. They are my doctors of choice in Jacksonville.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
