The Doctor did have the time to listen to me, but the staff did not respond without another call. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I was not important at all. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but only about 5 minutes. I had an appointment for a relatively minor procedure, then the appointment was cancelled without warning, and I have not gotten any response after the request for another visit. Medication I have had previously taken for pain was changed to something slightly different, and it was not in any way as effective as what I requested to start with.
It would not be fair or appropriate to give the Doctor a bad rap, she seems attentive and concerned, but her staff is not professional at all, very much like the office staff at my last doctor's office, and THEY are the reason I am looking for another DOCTOR, not Him!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. Dr. Tiomico is one of the best and most knowledgable doctor around. I have seen many doctors in this town and she single handedly is the most knowledgable, friendly, and passionate doctor around. I don't know what I would do without her. Thank you Dr. Tiomico you are the best and a life saver!
