I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
